Registration for Summer 2024 UCLA Travel Study opens November 16, 2023.

Registration closes on March 22, 2024 at 5:00 pm.

Steps to Register

In order to hold a space on a program, you will need to complete the following steps:

Step 1: Complete the following registration form. You will need to provide your passport number if you already hold a valid passport.

Step 2: Review and agree to the terms of the Student Participation Agreement.

Step 3: Pay a $300 non-refundable deposit. You will be directed to pay after you complete the registration form. If your program is waitlisted, you can add yourself to the waitlist without paying a deposit.
